Micropack has developed and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) in order to document and control all of the company’s activities, thereby clarifying organizational structures and interfaces, both internal and external, together with responsibilities and duties, supported by detailed work instructions.
The QMS relates to the activities in which the company is involved, namely, specializing in hazard detection solutions for the Oil and Gas Industry. Specifically, Micropack has developed specialist knowledge in the provision of consultancy & survey work, laboratory services and product services. All of which is backed up by support and maintenance provision.

Training
Micropack has developed and implemented documented procedures to ensure that all personnel involved in duties affecting product or service quality are suitably and competently qualified in terms of education, training and experience as appropriate for their positions.
In addition to the identification of contractually required training needs, Micropack maintains a system of appraisals designed to identify general training needs.
We also organize internal ‘in-house’ and external training as identified by the appraisal system and to satisfy additional client requirements. Quality awareness for all staff is communicated in the form of the Quality Objectives, Policies and ongoing training regarding the Quality Assurance Procedures.
Records of qualifications and training are maintained and updated by Administration in the form of individual personnel files.
